It's simple! Download our app, schedule a pickup time, leave your laundry outside, and we'll collect it. We'll wash, dry, fold, and deliver it back to your doorstep within 24-48 hours. You can track your order in real-time through the app.

We operate Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Our pricing starts at ₦500 for a standard wash and fold service. Dry cleaning and special treatments have additional charges. We offer bulk discounts and subscription plans for regular customers. Check the app for detailed pricing.

We handle all types of clothing including shirts, pants, dresses, suits, bedding, towels, and more. We also offer dry cleaning for delicate items and special care for designer clothing. Wedding dresses and items with hazardous materials require special arrangements.

We take full responsibility for any damage caused during our care. Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Yes! We use biodegradable detergents and energy-efficient machines to protect your clothes and the environment. You can select eco-friendly options in the app when scheduling your service.

Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. Simply use the app to make changes or contact our support team for assistance.

Use the tracking feature in the Starlight app to see real-time updates on your laundry status - from pickup to wash to delivery. You'll receive notifications at each stage of the process.

Yes! We offer same-day and next-day rush services for an additional fee. Rush orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for same-day service. Check the app for rush service pricing and availability.
